Patient Care and Insurance Coordinators
Angela and Monica will assist you with appointment scheduling and insurance coverage.
They are ready to answer your questions regarding appointment preparation, office policies, and coordination of care with your regular restorative dentist.
They will also help estimate and explain your dental and medical insurance coverage.
Surgical Care Coordinators
Danielle, Chantel, and Amanda, will make you comfortable before, during, and after your office visits.
They will review information important to you before and after your surgical visit and are happy to answer any questions about your office visits.
Office Manager
Jamie has been in the dental field for 10 years, with 2 of those years as an office manager. She started her dental career in general dentistry as a dental assistant and transitioned into oral surgery in 2017.
Jamie has a degree in Criminal Justice and holds certifications in both ACLS and BLS.
When Jamie isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her family at their camp, fishing, kayaking, and traveling
Public Relations and Implant Treatment Coordinator
Stephanie has been working with Dr. Pak for over 12 years. She initially started as a surgical assistant/implant coordinator after she graduated from the Dental Assisting program at NHTI in 2010, and she holds certifications in BLS/CPR, radiology, and ACLS.
Steph transitioned to Public Relations Coordinator in 2022 and co-leads communication, education, and growth strategies to benefit our referring doctors and their staff.
